Will H. Carleton
ill H. Carleton was originally from St. Clair, Michigan, and his name
appears as a practicing attorney in Cooperstown in the earliest court records of
Griggs County. He served as County
Judge of Griggs County for many years and was serving in that capacity at the
time of his death on July 7, 1940.
